Inquiry To Order/Sell/Trade Tickets
There are four methods to initiate a ticket order, make a ticket
inquiry, sell us your tickets, or trade tickets with us.
1) You can view our event ticket
inventory and purchase tickets online by selecting below:
2) You can call us during
business hours (Mon.-Fri. 9 am - 7 pm, Sat. 9 am - noon, & later
hours on Cub game days, central times) at 773-296-0100.
3) You can also submit a request form
to buy, sell, trade, or just make a ticket inquiry. Please complete the form and ensure
that the contact information is correct.

General/History
Game Day Coast Tickets is an independent, privately-owned company
engaged in the business of buying and selling "first rate" tickets at a premium
for all sporting events, concerts and theatre worldwide.
We are not affiliated with any box offices, theaters or venues.
All prices quoted by Game Day Tickets include all service
charges and reflects our cost of obtaining preferred seating. All prices are based on
supply, demand, and seat location.
The principals of Game Day Tickets have over 10 years of experience in the ticket brokering business
and are one of the most prominent and respected ticket brokering agencies in the nation,
with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Our knowledgeable, courteous staff can handle your requests
promptly and efficiently in a professional, worry-free atmosphere.

We offer free delivery to downtown Chicago. Outside downtown
Chicago, delivery in the city is available for a $5.00 charge.

Policies
PRICING:
All prices guaranteed at the time the order is placed.
You are paying face value for tickets. Our service charge is the
amount charged over the face value of the ticket(s). Our prices include a service charge
which reflect our cost to obtain your seats.
All sales are final: No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
Since event tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating
market, prices can change at any time without notice.
A confirmation receipt will be issued upon full payment.
PAYMENT:
All deposits are non-refundable.
No personal checks of any kind are accepted.
Forms of payment accepted are; cash, company check, cashiers
check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card.
EVENT CANCELLATIONS:
In case of an event cancellation, A full refund will be made to
the client. Canceled event tickets may be returned for refund within 3 weeks of
cancellation.
If an event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date.
REFUNDS:
All mailing and delivery charges are non-refundable.
1) There is a $ 6.50 service charge per ticket that will not be
refunded on canceled events. This refund will be by company check or credit on your credit
card. (If paid by credit card.)
OR
2) Refund in full by in store credit. (To be used to purchase
other tickets)
There are no refunds or exchanges on rescheduled events.
Gold Coast Tickets is not responsible for seating changes made by
a venue, or unusual stage setups that may hamper view.

Local delivery is available at no charge. Fed-Ex Standard Overnight
$10.00 (By 5pm)
Fed-Ex Priority Overnight $15.00 (Next business morning)
Fed-Ex Saturday Delivery $20.00
Fed Ex COD $15.00
Fed-Ex to Canada $25.00
Fed-Ex International Delivery $35.00 (May take up to 3 business

WHY use Game Day Tickets?
GDT offers you a wide variety of ways to find the tickets you're interested in. You can:
- Use your credit card to purchase tickets.
- All tickets will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
- Choose from a variety of delivery methods. First Class Mail, Two
Day, Overnight, or pick up your tickets at our office.
What is a ticket service / ticket broker?
With the age of computers, ticket services were replaced as primary ticket sellers by
companies such as Ticketmaster®. At that time our business evolved into
the secondary market. No longer do ticket services get provided with tickets on
consignment from venues. Today with the greatest demand for many sporting events, concerts
and theater events, ticket services now serve the public in three ways. First, we provide
tickets to events that are sold out through the primary market. Second, we provide premium
upfront seats which are the most desirable. Third, we provide ticket holders a place to
sell their unwanted, unneeded or extra tickets.
Why Buy Tickets From A Ticket Service / Ticket Broker?
- Let's say you don't want to stand in long lines for tickets or you
don't have the time. Many times you don't like the seats you get after waiting in lines or
after finally getting through over the phone.
- You just heard your favorite performer is coming to town and you
just have to get those close upfront seats.
- Your most important clients or family are coming in from out of
town, you may need tickets at the last minute, when only a ticket service can help you.
- That basketball game is sold out or it was impossible to get
tickets to the Superbowl, Indy, World Series, Derby, Final Four or a variety of other
World Class events.
- You're going out of town and want to see events while on vacation.
- You're going out of town on business and want to surprise or
entertain clients with tickets to an out-of-town event.
Why Do Ticket Services Sometimes Charge So Much Above The
Face Value?
Our costs for obtaining tickets are always related to the market demand. At times we may
pay many times the original face value to obtain tickets that are in high demand. Other
times we may purchase tickets at a small price over the face value and then can sell them
for prices closer to the face value.
Our service charge above the ticket(s) face value relates to the
cost of obtaining these premium tickets.
Ticket services / ticket brokers put their capital at risk daily
by purchasing tickets from season ticket holders, conventional public sales and soliciting
through advertising
If the ticket service miscalculates the demand by paying too much,
or buying too many tickets, the ticket service may actually take a loss, selling below the
price they purchased, or even not being able to sell all their inventory.
What If Game Day Tickets Doesn't Have What I Want?
We will also purchase tickets not in stock to fill your ticket needs. Through our vast
network of customers and sources, we can help you get many of the most difficult to get

What Other Services Does Game Day
Tickets Offer?
We can also help you sell tickets to events that you can't attend. GDT will outright
purchase your tickets if they are in demand, often paying up to many times the face value
of the tickets! Tickets not in demand may be sent to our office and we will attempt to
find a customer for them. Once we have a customer, we then purchase these tickets from you
and sell them to our customer. However such tickets will remain yours until we have a
buyer.
What events do you have tickets for?
We have access to tickets for all major entertainment and sporting national events, with
excellent seating for all Chicago events.
Can I get good seating?
We can find tickets for your choice of seating location or budget.
Can I save money using GDT?
Our ticket transactions are based on market supply and demand, but you have our guarantee
that we can provide you with the most competitive prices!
Can I just purchase 1 or 2 tickets?
Yes. We prefer to sell in even numbers rather than odd, but in some instances like
"General Admission" events we do sell odd numbers.
How can I purchase tickets?

Can I use a credit card to purchase tickets?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards.
How do I receive my tickets?
You will receive your tickets via courier, FedEx, certified mail or in some instances left
at the box office. All deliveries must be sent to an address for a signed signature.
Where do you get your tickets?
We buy from personal and commercial ticket outlets using contacts from public and private
segments.
